The school employs 14 full-time teachers plus 5 part-time teachers. There are 4 paraprofessionals, a director, academic coordinator, nurse, librarian, IT manager, administrative assistant, receptionist, accountant, and 2 intensive English instructors. Part-time and full-time teachers provide instruction in Art, Music, P.E., Technology, Library, and Languages.  The school has 24-hour security provided by guards and cameras. There are also maintenance and custodial personnel.

Interests: Joining BIS-QSI as a part time kindergarten and six-year-old teacher in October 2001 was a rewarding experience, which trapped me for more years at QSIB. Establishing a preschool academic program from a three-day a week playgroup was a great challenge and joy at the same time. I do enjoy teaching at all levels (have taught in an elementary, secondary, and university levels) and this school year I was assigned to a new challenge of coordinating the local program and the Russian/Kyrgyz language department. My hobbies are reading, camping and cooking.
